Customers find the webcam’s picture quality excellent, with one noting it performs well in good lighting, and appreciate that it works right out of the box with OBS software. Moreover, the camera is easy to set up, particularly with Mac plug-and-play functionality, and offers good value for money. However, the video quality receives mixed feedback – while it works well for Zoom meetings and streaming, some note it’s worse than 720p. Similarly, the auto focus and sound quality also get mixed reviews, with some praising the superb focus while others find it lags too much, and while the audio quality is good for some, others report noise issues.
