The keyboard won’t reconnect after I unfold it—what should I try?
Unfold, tap any key to wake, then wait 1s. If it stays offline, toggle Bluetooth off/on, delete “BK08” from your device list, and pair again.
Touchpad lags or freezes—can this be fixed?
Tap any key to wake first.
Windows: raise Pointer Speed & disable “Enhance pointer precision.”
macOS: Trackpad > Tracking Speed → fast. Keep within 10 ft; re-pair if needed.
First key after sleep repeats—defect or setting?
Not a defect: waking the Hall-switch array can echo the first press. Tap once to wake, then type. If it bothers you, lengthen “Key Repeat Delay” in your OS keyboard settings.
How long does one charge last and how can I extend it?
A 2-h USB-C charge powers ≈ 60 days at 2h/day (touchpad on). Fold the board to sleep; Red LED≤10%—you can keep typing while charging.
Why are some function keys missing?
To stay pocket-size, BK08 omits three keys. Use Fn + I / O / P to access them. 65 keys total, 13mm caps: perfect for travel email & notes; heavy typing may need our full-size models.
